Privacy Policy

1. Overview

ProQuote is a client-side web application. All document creation, editing, and storage happens entirely in your browser. We do not operate servers that collect, process, or store your business data.

2. Data We Do NOT Collect

• Your documents, quotations, invoices, or delivery notes
• Client names, addresses, or contact information you enter
• Company details, logos, or bank account information
• Exported PDFs, images, or any file content
• Passwords or authentication credentials (we have no accounts)

3. Local Storage

ProQuote uses your browser's IndexedDB and localStorage to save drafts, documents, templates, and preferences. This data never leaves your device unless you explicitly export or share it. Clearing your browser data will remove all locally stored information.

4. Third-Party Services

• Google Fonts — We load font files from Google Fonts (fonts.googleapis.com / fonts.gstatic.com). Google may log font requests per their privacy policy. These are cached locally for offline use after first load.
• cdnjs (Cloudflare) — We load open-source libraries (html2canvas, jsPDF) from cdnjs.cloudflare.com for PDF/image export. These are also cached locally.

We do not use analytics, tracking pixels, cookies for advertising, or any user identification services.

5. Cookies

ProQuote does not set any cookies. We use localStorage only for theme preference and draft auto-save. No third-party cookies are set by our application.

6. Service Worker

ProQuote registers a service worker to enable offline functionality. The service worker caches application files and CDN resources on your device so the app works without an internet connection. No data is transmitted to external servers through the service worker.

7. Data Export & Sharing

When you export a document as PDF, JPEG, or PNG, the file is generated entirely in your browser. When you share via WhatsApp, images are generated locally and shared through native sharing APIs. We do not intercept or store exported files.

8. Children's Privacy

ProQuote does not knowingly collect any information from children under 13. Since we collect no personal information from any user, there is no applicable children's data to manage.

9. Changes to This Policy

We may update this privacy policy from time to time. Changes will be reflected on this page with an updated date. Since we collect no data, policy changes are unlikely to affect you.
