and desktops. You can even install it as an app on your phone's home screen.
Where is my data stored?

Without an account: everything stays in your browser's local storage (IndexedDB). Nothing leaves your device. With Google Sign-In: documents are backed up to a secure cloud database so you can access them from any device. You can export a JSON backup anytime.
What document types can I create?

ProQuote supports three document types: Quotations (price proposals with validity dates),
Invoices (billing documents with payment status tracking), and Delivery Notes (shipment records with sign-off
blocks).
Can I customise documents with my company branding?

Yes. You can upload your company logo, set your brand accent colour, add your company stamp and
signature, and choose from four professional document themes. Save your company profile for instant reuse.
